The holiday season is a time to give, connect, and care for one another — and no one does that better than our shipbuilders.

Get into the holiday spirit and connect with fellow shipbuilders at our Holiday Giving Kickoff and Networking Event on Thursday, October 30! Work alongside team members to help set the stage for this year’s giving initiative as we continue our mission to give back to our community, families and fellow shipbuilders. Together, we’ll wrap donation boxes, organize Angel Tree materials, and get ready to spread holiday cheer across the shipyard.
Shipbuilders volunteered their time, knowledge and passion at Science Saturday, an event hosted by Walter Anderson Museum of Art (WAMA) in Ocean Springs. Designed to inspire future innovators, the event offered a full day of hands-on learning, blending science, technology, engineering, art and math in fun and accessible ways for all ages.
National Fire Prevention Week is a reminder that safety starts with each of us. At Ingalls, shipbuilders live that every day. Recently on LHA 8, one crew went the extra mile to do just that, making sure hot work could be done without the risk of fire.
Building ships is tough, so knowing what support is available to you as an Ingalls shipbuilder can make things a little easier. Learn about the many resources available to you as an Ingalls shipbuilder at the Shipbuilder Resource Showcase on October 2.

September 1 through September 12, we’re collecting much-needed supplies for the Jackson County Animal Shelter in Gautier, which cares for hundreds of cats and dogs each year. Remember—donating one can of pet food truly CAN make a difference.
