Ingalls Shipbuilding is proud to sponsor the 2025 Jackson County Heart Walk on Saturday, May 3, supporting the American Heart Association’s mission to fight heart disease and stroke. This year, we invite shipbuilders to join the Ingalls Shipbuilding team to walk for heart health as part of our What Matters to You campaign, which emphasizes the importance of physical and mental well-being. This is an opportunity to not only improve heart health but also show support for a cause that affects so many in our community.

Ingalls Shipbuilding is proud to sponsor the 12th Annual Rock the Cause 5K, supporting critical services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in Jackson and George counties. Shipbuilders are encouraged to register and take part in this meaningful event.

Ingalls Shipbuilding is hosting its second annual Merit Badge Day on Saturday, April 5, 2025, where scouts will earn two badges while exploring teamwork, integrity, and shipbuilding careers.

Register now for the 13th annual Ingalls 5K on the Causeway on Singing River Island to race for a good cause!

Ingalls will be closed on Friday, April 18 and Monday, April 21 for the spring holiday break. All shipbuilders will receive eight hours of holiday pay for these two days.

Join Ingalls as we help sponsor the 11th Annual Feed the Need at The Government Street Grocery on Sunday, April 27th! Visit downtown Ocean Springs and enjoy fried fish plates, live music all day, kids area, silent auction, t-shirts and more! Musical acts include Gram Rea & Ty Taylor, The Karate Kids,  Amanda Shaw, and Cary Hudson (Hud & The Hurricane). All proceeds go directly to The Lord Is My Help, a 501(c)(3) non-profit community kitchen in Ocean Springs.
