Facility Operations Update
The safety of our shipbuilders remains a top priority. As freezing temperatures continue, Ingalls operations will remain suspended for all shifts at its Pascagoula and Avondale facilities on Thursday, January 23, 2025. Essential personnel who are required to be on-site will be notified by their management.
Pay and Time Charging Policies for Facility Closure Due to Freeze Conditions
Ingalls is closely monitoring the forecast for freezing temperatures and winter weather. Based on expected conditions at the shipyard and Avondale, normal operations will continue for first and second shifts on Monday, January 20. We will continue to monitor and provide an update on the IngallsConnect app, Monday afternoon, January 20.
