Become an Ingalls Champion

Do you want to learn new skills? Are you interested in building your professional network? Do you want to support special events? Are you looking for opportunities to connect with leadership?

We are proud to introduce our new Ingalls Champions volunteer program, which gives you the opportunity to be a part of creating memorable experiences at Ingalls’ special events. 

Ingalls Champions will establish a network of volunteers to support our special events, which include ship milestones, apprentice graduation, Family Day and more. Volunteer positions range from bus captains to greeters to parking lot attendants and other critical roles required to make each event a seamless experience for our guests. 

Volunteers will get to experience these events from behind the scenes, giving them an opportunity to network with other shipbuilders and be part of a collective effort to shine a light on the hard work our shipbuilders do each day.

Everyone on the Ingalls Champions volunteer team will be invited to take part in a special ceremony at the end of the year, where Volunteer of the Year and other acknowledgements will be presented.
