Employment Verification Process

Human Resources & Administration and Payroll often receive requests for employment and/or earnings verifications from mortgage companies and other financial agencies.  The requestor must provide the employee’s authorization before Ingalls will release this information.

To better expedite these transactions, the verification process is now conducted through email:  employment.verification@hii-ingalls.com

Ingalls employees should notify their lenders of this process.

Employees needing their own verification can contact HR&A or Payroll for further instructions.
