D&I Council

Valuing Diversity and Inclusion is a critical component of a high performing Shipbuilding culture. That culture, strengthen by diversity and inclusion provides an array of solutions and strategies to meet real world challenges. These solutions, which come from fully respecting and engaging every employee, will drive our success as the shipbuilder of choice.

The Diversity and Inclusion Council (D&I Council) provides a leadership forum for discussion and prioritizing workforce diversity and inclusion issues. The Council is then responsible for integrating them into action plans. Its primary responsibility is to create an environment within the company that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
