In order to assist in fostering an environment of shipbuilder enthusiasm and serve as a connection to the Ingalls shipbuilder community, Ingalls is proud to introduce Culture Connectors. The goal of this organization is to find meaningful solutions and implement shipbuilder feedback to drive improvements and change for the best outcome of the team.
Culture Connectors relies on department leads to help foster inclusiveness and connect shipbuilders to company initiatives, report feedback in the workplace, and more. This collaborative effort emboldens a team within the shipbuilding community to foster inclusiveness and gives them the capability to relay company initiatives, report updates in the workplace and create events showcasing Ingalls’ appreciation for the hard work shipbuilders do each day. By providing this platform, Ingalls hopes to create a culture of connection by building an environment where all shipbuilders BELONG.
