The vision of VERT is to honor the legacy of military service and its role in shipbuilding through a program of work that fosters engagement, recruitment, development and growth and community outreach.
MISSION
VERT is an employee resource group that is committed to:
- Supporting a collaborative network to honor those who both serve and have served in our armed services 
- Acknowledging the accomplishments of its members  
- Promoting employee engagement and leadership via networking, professional development, and volunteerism
- Supporting the company’s business objectives in recruitment and retention efforts
