Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a great tool to allow us to celebrate and learn about different cultures as a way to ensure shipbuilders feel connected to the team. 

The month of May is recognized as National Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month. The Asian and Pacific Islander Shipbuilding Association (APSA) employee resource group will provide opportunities for shipbuilders to celebrate throughout the month!
