When is the deadline to be vaccinated?
The federally-mandated deadline to be fully vaccinated is December 8, 2021. “Fully vaccinated” is defined as having two weeks pass since your final dose. The chart below helps define important dates for the three vaccines currently available. The deadline to submit your vaccination card is November 24, 11:59 p.m.
What are the consequences of not getting fully vaccinated by the deadline?
All employees who did not obtain an exemption and accommodation, and who want to continue their employment, must be fully vaccinated by December 8, 2021.
Will I be paid for my time while getting vaccinated?
Yes (for all onsite vaccination events.) Charging instructions will be provided. A hospital pass will be provided for represented employees.
Where can I get vaccinated offsite?

How do I submit proof of vaccination?
Submit your vaccination card by November 24th using one of the methods below. Send a picture of the front and back of your card along with your name and badge number:

How can I verify that the company has received and acknowledged proof of my vaccination?
To verify your proof of vaccination was received, call the HII Employee Information Line at (877) 871-2058. Select option 2 for Ingalls Shipbuilding, then option 1.

Shipyard Hospital/Fire Station Covey Room Monday, October 25 – Friday, October 29 from 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday, November 15 – Friday, November 19 from 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.
