Congratulations to Fatina Brave, director, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development, and Jay Lindsey, director, Contract Administration, on graduating from the Gulf Coast Business Council’s (GCBC) Masters Leadership Program.

The Big Picture:

The program, which focused this year on “Creating a Culture of Entrepreneurism in Coastal Mississippi,” brings together emerging leaders to act as a regional “Think Tank” and develop solutions to improve the region’s livability.

The Program in Focus:

Participants engage in monthly sessions aimed at enhancing leadership skills, challenging assumptions and fostering collaboration across industries.

What They’re Saying:

  • Fatina Brave, Director, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development: “Community leaders from various industries participated in the class, highlighting the benefits of collaboration. This initiative was especially valuable for the shipbuilding industry, which supports small businesses.”

  • Jay Lindsey, Director, Contract Administration: “Being part of such a dynamic group of individuals has been incredibly rewarding. Convening with a group of leaders to act as a regional “Think Tank” for the year has given me new perspectives on how we can collaborate to strengthen the Gulf Coast community by creating a culture of entrepreneurship.”

About GCBC:
