Closing out Hispanic Heritage Month, the Hispanic Outreach & Leadership Alliance (HOLA) employee resource group (ERG) participated in Fiesta Night at Pascagoula High School. Teachers, students and parents joined Ingalls Shipbuilders for an evening of music, food and a poster contest celebrating Hispanic culture in the community.
“It is important for young people to embrace their roots because it helps them develop a strong sense of self confidence,” said Sarah Davis, industrial engineer, Central Planning. “Family Fiesta Night brings together students, their families, local businesses, and Pascagoula High School to work towards a common goal.”
