Thankful Thursday is an initiative by the Shipbuilder Engagement Team to appreciate the hard work taking place in the shipyard. This month, the team passed out snacks to shipbuilders in COSAL & the Multipurpose Warehouse.
In the spirit of Mardi Gras, Carl Beaugez, procurement planning control representative, Supply Chain Management, was excited to see people passing out snacks in an effort to boost morale.
“My fellow coworkers were enthused about the snacks and liked the fact that someone stopped by to check on them,” said Carl. “High morale leads to a more productive workday. I like to contribute to morale by decorating my office based on different holidays throughout the year.”
