Every shipbuilder plays a different and important role in our efforts to build the complex ships that are vital to our national security. Together, we are dedicated to the purpose of preserving freedom around the world and this mission inspires us to bring our best ideas and work forward.
TIDE is a new program – born of the feedback received in our Town Hall series – that celebrates the accomplishments of represented shipbuilders. Shipbuilders are extraordinary, whether designing, building or supporting our programs. TIDE is a program of appreciation for those members of our team that work tirelessly on our waterfront and in our shipyard to achieve milestones and bring us closer and closer to sail away.
All shipbuilders are important and each one of us BELONGs here at Ingalls. This program is a way to celebrate those that are on the front line every day.
