You could save $600 annually on your HII Anthem medical insurance premium by completing the annual Know Your Numbers program by March 31.
The program has two requirements:

Health Check Survey: Complete the online survey through QuadMed MyChart.

Biometric Health Screening: Complete a screening at an HII Family Health Center, with your personal health care provider or at one of the on-site screening events listed below.

On-site screenings begin Sept. 15. Appointments take about 20 minutes.

The Know Your Numbers program runs July 1 through March 31. To earn the $600 premium savings beginning July 1, eligible shipbuilders must complete both requirements by March 31.
Shipbuilders who participate but do not qualify for the premium discount will be entered into a quarterly wellness prize drawing.
