The latest professional development session provided honest conversations with panelists Tom Casey, Operations director; Denise Quave, Quality & Engineering director, and Logan Killen Quality & Engineering manager.
Each leader shared honest lessons and advice, such as building a daily list of wins, delegating effectively and finding the right mentor.
“I really enjoyed each speaker and their intentional answers as the atmosphere was open and honest,” said Paula Barial, designer, Engineering. “I liked the concept of different departmental leadership and that all managers were in different seasons of their career.”
The panelists tackled topics like managing different personalities, celebrating wins with your team and handling productive, yet crucial conversations.
