Out of the Darkness Walk

The Veterans Employee Resource Team (VERT) will support this event’s mission to save lives and bring hope by showing that suicide can be prevented and that no one is alone. It aims to create a culture that is “smart about mental health” through education, advocacy and community support.
Gulf Coast Heart Walk:

Walk to End Alzheimer's:

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Communities come together to honor loved ones affected by the disease and support the fight for a future without Alzheimer’s.
Breast Cancer Awareness Walk:
WHEN: Saturday, October 24, 8–10 a.m.
WHERE: Pelican Landing, Moss Point, MS

The Breast Cancer Awareness Walk brings together shipbuilders, families and community members to show support for those affected by breast cancer and to promote awareness. Participants join in a meaningful, uplifting event that celebrates survivors, honors loved ones and raises funds for continued research and support services.
