COURSE DETAILS
- Open to all crafts, including current work leads interested in moving into leadership
- Meets every Wednesday for eight weeks
- Capstone Project: Show how you’ll apply what you’ve learned in your current job
- Craft-Focused: Includes leadership lessons designed to help you succeed in our shipyard

WHO'S ELIGIBLE
- Ingalls shipbuilder for at least six months
- No safety-related layoffs
- No more than two DANS
- No more than three unexcused absences
