No charge code will be provided. Manager-approved flex, PTO or lunch break must be used.
This virtual event is hosted by the Ingalls Talent Management team and will be led by Marla Cooper, manager, Organizational Development. The Lunch & Learn will provide a basic understanding of how emotion and logic are processed, and will clearly define emotional intelligence and its four domains. After this event, you will have a basic knowledge of how to begin applying emotional intelligence concepts at work and at home.
