If you see something, say something. We are each responsible for Zeroing In On
Safety when in the shipyard. No incident is too small to report when it comes to
someone’s safety.
Every shipbuilder has the power to use their STOP Badge to stop any act or process
that could be unsafe, unethical or substandard, or that may have a negative effect on
our focus to build world-class ships with safety, quality, cost and schedule.
All shipbuilders are empowered to stop any act or process that has the potential
to be harmful to:
● Human life
● The quality of any of our products and processes that produce them
● The ethical, professional, business conduct and relationships with our fellow
shipbuilders, customers, contractors or suppliers
● The ability to stay on schedule
● The ability to control our costs

All of us aim to go home to our loved ones at the end of each day. By reporting
dangerous situations, we help make that happen for ourselves and for others in our
shipyard community. Help us create a workplace where Zero Injuries are not just a
goal but a reality.
Zero Fires. Zero Damages. Zero Injuries. Zero Compromise.
