Women’s Equality Day | Donate to support victims of domestic violence

In honor of Women’s Equality Day, shipbuilders are coming together to make an impact in the lives of women and children who have survived domestic violence. 

 

Ingalls is currently collecting donations through Friday, August 23, to help support Adrienne’s House, a nonprofit organization in Pascagoula that provides emergency shelter and support to women and children in Jackson and George counties. 

 

Requested items include cleaning supplies, office supplies, school supplies and sanitary products. All donations should be new, not previously used.

 

Donation can be dropped off now through August 23 at the following locations: 

  • Admin 1 lobby

  • Admin 2 lobby

  • Human Resources building

  • CSA 3

  • Maritime Training Academy (MTA)

 

Donations will be delivered to Adrienne’s House on Monday, August 26
