Vaccine events have been scheduled at the COVID Testing Facility on the west side of Jerry St. Pe’ Highway. Singing River Health System (SRHS) will administer Pfizer vaccines to Ingalls employees, their dependents (12+), contractors and U.S. Navy & Coast Guard customers.

A vaccine event has been scheduled inside the gates on Thursday, July 29 from 4:30 – 6:30 a.m. inside the CSA III Cafeteria. Singing River Health System (SRHS) will administer Pfizer vaccines to all Ingalls employees.
What to expect?
- Employees must provide their name, badge number, mobile number and preferred vaccine time at signup.
- Once the form is submitted, Ingalls medical will provide the information to SRHS.
- Singing River will not send a confirmation. Please arrive at your selected time on the form.

As previously communicated, you have no action to self-report if you received your vaccination onsite at Ingalls through Singing River Health System. If you received your vaccination in the community, we ask that you self-report online by logging into your UPoint account from www.hiibenefits.com. Once logged in, click the “COVID-19 Self-Reporting” banner at the top of your homepage, read the instructions and fill out the brief questionnaire. Doing so will help us assess how protected our employees are against COVID-19.
Vaccination appointments are non-chargeable. Management-approved FLEX, PTO or vacation are required during the entire vaccination process if occurring during your scheduled work hours.
