Operations is looking for LEADERS to serve as FOREMEN

Are you a current Ingalls employee?

Are you a craftsperson in a skilled trade?

Do you have experience coaching or supervising a successful team?

What about experience managing & completing projects?

Additional job requirements:

• High school diploma or GED + craft experience or Ingalls Apprentice graduate
• Can read blue print drawings

Operations, along with Ingalls Diversity and Inclusion ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) will be hosting a foreman interest session to provide information about the important role of foremen and the skills, experience, and qualities needed to be considered for this position.

Pre-registration is required. Only 100 slots available! Please continue to follow the CDC guidelines and wear the proper face masks into the meeting space until you are seated.  Masks can continue to be worn by individuals who are uncomfortable or who have not been fully vaccinated.  NOTICE: Registrations at the door will not be permitted.
