The Employee Ethics survey launches today companywide. Administered by a third party, ECI, all survey responses are 100% confidential. The survey gives employees across the company an opportunity to have your voices heard and to gauge the ethical climate and culture of HII.
Survey invitations will be emailed by ECI to employees with work email addresses. Designated survey sites will be available for all other employees. If you suspect you may not have received the email, check your ‘junk’ folder as it may have gone there unintentionally.
The best and most accurate gauge of how we are doing ethically comes from you. Your input and ECI’s analysis will tell us how we’re doing compared to other companies. More importantly, it will help us identify and respond to the ethical challenges we encounter in our jobs.
