The new year is the perfect time to focus on your health. Skip the crash diets and intense workout plans—real wellness comes from small, consistent habits you can stick with. 

 Move every day. Aim for 30 minutes most days. Walking counts. Dancing in your kitchen counts. Find what you enjoy and make it fun! 
 Get quality sleep. Go to bed at the same time each night and create a relaxing wind-down routine. Good sleep boosts your mood, energy, and overall health. 
 Eat real food. Add more fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains to your plate. Drink plenty of water. Focus on what you can add  not what you have to cut. 
 Book your check-up. Schedule your annual physical or any overdue appointments. Preventive care is one of the best investments you can make.
