Shipbuilders,

With the new year ahead, I want to take a moment to reflect on the many successes we achieved together in 2025. This year saw one of the most productive, challenging and inspiring periods in our shipyard's 87-year history.

As I've looked back on everything we've accomplished, one thing has been crystal clear: Ingalls is strong because you are strong. From the big milestones to the smaller everyday actions, you stayed focused on the mission. You showed this region and the nation what it means to be shipbuilders who care deeply, not just about the ships we build but about people in our community and around the world.

Today, our ships are in the arena defending freedom, responding to threats and keeping our nation and allies safe. Each one of you contributed directly to that mission. The stakes are real and the work you do is truly noble.

As we look toward 2026, the opportunity in front of us is bigger than anything we've seen in decades. For the first time in my 30 years here, the entire nation is aligned around the critical importance of shipbuilding. We have more work, more stability and more long-term demand than ever before. Every single person here plays a part.

As we wrap up this year, I want to say thank you for the pride you bring to this company and the care you extend to each other. I hope you and your families enjoy a peaceful, joyful holiday season. Rest, recharge and take pride in what you've accomplished because in 2026, we're going to build even more and we're going to do it together.
