Organizational Announcement
Danny Marks has been promoted from Director of Business Management to Vice President of Contracts and Pricing. In this role, Danny and his team are responsible for contract administration, estimating and pricing, export/import licensing, and compliance.
Since beginning his career in 2007 as an analyst in cost estimating, Danny has held positions of increasing responsibility, including cost estimating manager, finance manager, LPD business manager, and director of business management.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Millsaps College and a master’s in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
Most recently, Danny played a pivotal role in many business transactions, including the amphibious bundle handshake agreement, demonstrating both his business acumen and his commitment to advancing our company’s success. His leadership and experience make him exceptionally well-suited for this critical role.
Jay Lindsey has been promoted from Director of Contracts to Director of Business Management.
Jay began his career as an industrial engineer before moving into leadership roles as manager of program control, manager of program finance, and LHA business manager.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University and a master’s in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
Jay has successfully led teams in his multiple assignments with the company. His deep knowledge of our business and proven ability to deliver strong results position him well for continued success.
