The Bigger Picture: We’d like to celebrate our dedicated Ingalls Champions for volunteering at the recent christening of Jeremiah Denton (DDG 129).
What Happened: Because of our Ingalls Champions, christening guests enjoyed a first-class experience.
- Bus guides briefed guests with key info and Christening facts prior to arriving to the site
- Volunteers welcomed and seated our guests with grace
- Distributed water and other items to create a comfortable environment throughout the entire event
Why It Matters: Ingalls Champions is a volunteer program that gives shipbuilders the opportunity to support special events. Their support turns an event into a moment people will remember.
