Roll Up Your Sleeves for PRAC Spring Cleanup
Let’s get to work! On Friday, May 9, Ingalls shipbuilders will team up with Chevron and Mississippi Power for the third annual Pascagoula River Audubon Center (PRAC) Spring Cleanup.
Why it matters:
PRAC connects our community with nature, and volunteers will tackle painting, pressure washing, landscaping, and general cleanup to prepare the center for a busy season. Several years ago, Ingalls sponsored a kayak launch on the property, giving families direct access to the waterway that links the center to our shipyard.
📍 Where: Pascagoula River Audubon Center
📅 When: Friday, May 9, 8 AM – 12 PM
What’s in it for you? Volunteers will receive an Ingalls Cares T-shirt and lunch after the cleanup, along with the opportunity to give back to a community resource.
What to bring:
✔ Comfy clothes that can get dirty
