Ingalls Communications

All Ingalls employees are invited to take a confidential Voluntary Employee Self-Identification Survey now through December 20. The two-question survey, facilitated through Gallup, will invite all shipbuilders inform the company whether the employee believes he or she is an individual with a disability and status as a protected veteran.

As a federal contractor, we are required to invite employees every five years to self-identify as an individual with a disability. This process also allows employees to update their status as a protected veteran. All responses will be kept confidential in a separate data file that is not accessible by supervisors.

For Shipbuilders with Company Computer Access:
An email will be sent from Gallup (support@mail.gallup.com) inviting you to respond to the survey. The email is approved and it is appropriate to open the link to take the survey.

For Shipbuilders without Company Computer Access:
Shipbuilders are encouraged to take the survey on their own time via the IngallsConnect app or at the following link  https://survey.gallup.com/hiinov2024. Enter your MyID (letter followed by five numbers on back of badge) to access the survey.
