In the coming days, each of us will be provided an opportunity to participate in our Ethics Survey to measure our collective success in creating and maintaining an ethical climate and culture at Ingalls. The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and is administered through a third-party to ensure every shipbuilder’s response is 100% confidential.
