The tenets of the Ingalls Apprenticeship Program are Leadership, Scholarship, Craftsmanship and Citizenship, and each of the honorees have demonstrated these traits throughout their apprenticeship.
The Citizenship honoree has the highest record of volunteerism in our communities, both at work and at home.
The Scholarship honoree has the highest overall scholastic average combined with the best classroom attendance and disciplinary record.
The Leadership honoree has the best combined attendance both on the job and in the classroom.
The Craftsmanship honoree has the highest overall on-the-job evaluation score combined with the best on-the-job attendance and disciplinary record.
