As Tropical Storm Francine approaches, we want to ensure everyone’s safety while maintaining operational continuity. Please review the following guidance for Pascagoula shipbuilders:
Wednesday, September 11th, 6:00 a.m.:
- All Pascagoula Ingalls Shipbuilders:
- 1st shift will operate as normal
- 2nd shift will end at 7:00 p.m.
- 3rd and 4th shifts are canceled
- In order to prepare and protect our facility and people, essential personnel will remain onsite. You will be notified by your supervisors if this applies to you.
- Liberal leave (excused unpaid absence) is in effect.
- Non-represented shipbuilders, where applicable, are approved to use FLEX for any lost time on Wednesday. FLEX time would need to be made up before the end of workweek ending Sunday 09/15, as coordinated with your supervisor.
- All shipbuilders may elect to use PTO, and non-exempt shipbuilders may choose unpaid lost time as an alternative to FLEX.
Thursday, September 12th:
- Operations will resume at 6:00 a.m.
- Liberal leave will remain in effect until 2:30 p.m.
