The ongoing facility freeze plan will have continued impacts to the yard, affecting 1st shift production shipbuilders who report directly to Operations. As a precaution specific to those who operate in these production areas, 1st shift will be canceled on Wednesday, January 17, for all represented production shipbuilders who report directly to operations only. All other shipbuilders will report as normal. Temperatures are expected to remain cold and areas of the region will be impacted differently. If you have specific concerns, please contact your supervisor directly.
