We value diversity and inclusion at Ingalls Shipbuilding and respect our LGBTQ+ community and all allies. We celebrate Pride Month by taking pride in the work that we do, and also by taking pride in celebrating everyone’s authentic self.
Terri Eilerts, chair of Ingalls Shipbuilding Equality Alliance (ISEA), said, “Pride Month to me represents having self-esteem while respecting people’s differences. It is a celebration of identity, freedom of expression, and simply feeling comfortable about who you are.”
