The program is led by the Advisory Council in partnership with Department Leads and the Shipbuilder Engagement Team, all working together to connect employees with purpose-driven engagement that supports our business goals.
ADVISORY COUNCIL
Shipyard leaders who turn feedback into action, overseeing committee work and ensuring initiatives align with business goals. Advisory Council chairs lead the effort with vision and strategic oversight for the committees and their programs.
CULTURE CONNECTOR DEPARTMENT LEADS
Frontline connection between the Advisory Council and thousands of shipbuilders across the yard. Department Leads transform department specific goals into action by utilizing the Culture Connector resources and network.
SHIPBUILDERENGAGEMENT TEAM
Guides and coordinates the overall Culture Connector effort. They are the strategic bridge between company leadership, department teams, and shipbuilders across the yard. This team provides structure, guidance, and support to the Advisory Council and Department Leads—ensuring that all engagement activities, communications, and initiatives align with Ingalls’ business goals and values.
