The Culture Connector Advisory Council is now accepting nominations for Chairs and Committee Members in five key areas: 


🔹 Communications

What they do: Ensure open, clear, and effective communication across the organization.
As a Chair: Lead messaging strategy, align communication efforts with company values, and represent your committee in leadership forums.
As a Member: Serve as a boots-on-the-ground voice, support campaigns, and help shape how we share stories that matter.


🔹 Education

What they do: Guide leadership and professional development efforts across the yard.
As a Chair: Set the vision for growth and continuous learning aligned with our Back to Basics and development programs.
As a Member: Support peer learning, identify skill-building opportunities, and help develop tools that empower others.


🔹 Networking

What they do: Create meaningful connection opportunities across departments.
As a Chair: Oversee planning and execution of internal networking events that build trust and collaboration.
As a Member: Design experiences that break silos, welcome new hires, and promote cross-functional relationships.


🔹 Membership

What they do: Drive participation and engagement within the Culture Connector network.
As a Chair: Lead recruitment and onboarding strategies that ensure diverse and active representation across the shipyard.
As a Member: Help identify new Culture Connectors, welcome members, and foster a sense of belonging.


🔹 Service / Volunteer

What they do: Organize opportunities that support community impact and corporate stewardship.
As a Chair: Align volunteer initiatives with company values and community needs.
As a Member: Promote participation, coordinate events, and highlight the impact of shipbuilders giving back.
