Symptoms of Heat Stress:

  • Heat Cramps - muscle pain usually in arms, legs,or abdomen
  • Heat Exhaustion - headache, nausea, dizziness,weakness, thirst, heavy sweating, decreased urination, elevated body temperature
  • Heat Stroke - confusion, loss of consciousness, seizures, extremely elevated body temperature, hot/dry skin or profuse sweating
  • Heat Stroke is a medical emergency. Call 911 on any yard phone or 228-935-6101 on a cell phone immediately if you see symptoms of heat stroke.
