The Ingalls Shipbuilding Equality Alliance (ISEA) employee resource group supported the Gulf Coast Equality Fest in Biloxi. This event helps raise awareness about the LGBTQ+ community and gather information to drive positive change. ISEA board members Kelsey Carter Polovich and Kenny Hines are also on the Gulf Coast Equality board.

“Supporting the Gulf Coast Equality Fest is crucial for Ingalls Shipbuilding as it fosters inclusivity, promotes diversity, and strengthens the sense of community among our shipbuilders and the broader Gulf Coast region,” said Kelsey.

ISEA is dedicated to creating a safe, productive and inclusive workplace for members and allies of the LGBTQ+ community through education and outreach opportunities. ISEA’s mission is to foster leadership, increase engagement and personal commitment, and form a network of individuals who value diversity.
