Applications are now being accepted for the 2028 Ingalls Shipbuilding National Merit Scholarship!
If your child is currently in 11th grade, plans to graduate and enter college in Fall 2028, and will take the PSAT in October, they may be eligible to participate in the scholarship program.

Read the Program Brochure – Review all program details and confirm your understanding by checking the box at the bottom of the page.

Confirm Eligibility – Make sure your child meets all requirements and mark the appropriate check boxes.

Complete the Entry Form – Fill out the online application for the 2028 scholarship program.

Review & Submit – Double-check the information for accuracy, read the Submission Agreement and submit the form.

Save Your Confirmation – Print or save a copy of the submission confirmation for your records.
