Anchors of Excellence | Crafted to Lead

Congratulations to the shipbuilders who completed another Crafted to Lead session!  

 

Open to all shipbuilders, this program gives shipbuilders the chance to sharpen their leadership skills and continue growing in their careers. Each class is designed to help shipbuilders develop into confident, capable leaders who strengthen our team and keep our mission moving forward.  

 

Participants are equipped with practical tools to succeed across the yard and influence their teams in meaningful ways.
