The monthly Vanguard program equips foremen with practical leadership training, safety-focused tools, and resources to help strengthen and support their crews. Congratulations to our August Vanguard Class for completing the program and continuing their commitment to leading with skill and integrity!
“Training programs like this are important because they give shipbuilders the opportunity to grow beyond their technical skills and become stronger leaders,” said Corey Thompson, electrical foreman and Vanguard participant. “Investing in leadership development not only helps individuals build confidence and improve their communication, but it also strengthens the company as a whole by creating better leaders for the future.”
