Stay Hydrated: Bottled water is available every day this week for shipbuilders.
Take care of yourself and your crew:

Drink water regularly, before you feel thirsty. Aim for 8 ounces every 15-20 minutes.

Watch for signs of heat stress, including headache, dizziness, nausea, weakness, heavy sweating or confusion.

Look out for the shipbuilders next to you. If someone shows signs of heat illness, check on them, move them to shade, call for help and stay with them until it arrives.
