Every shipbuilder deserves a safe, respectful workplace. Zero Compromise means we don’t accept harassing behaviors towards ourselves or others. That makes harassment all of our business.

What is Harassment? Any action that makes someone feel disrespected, uncomfortable or unsafeWhether it’s against you or you see it happen to someone else, you can and should report it.

  • Catcalling or any unwanted romantic advances or repeated requests

Why It Matters: Harassment damages trust and focus. It undermines teamwork and creates an unsafe environment. Protecting each other with respect is part of how we do our best work and deliver mission-critical ships to the warfighter.

Every shipbuilder has a role in standing up against harassment and in supporting a Zero Compromise culture that doesn’t accept disrespectful behavior.
