Our Ingalls Champions were honored to welcome the families and loved ones of our remarkable apprentices as they celebrated their graduation. We’re grateful to all the volunteers whose dedication and teamwork helped make this event truly special.

Volunteering at the apprenticeship graduation was truly a rewarding experience. I was grateful to play a small role in helping the event run smoothly. It also made me even more excited to attend my own graduation ceremony and experience that moment of accomplishment firsthand.”
- Ebony Hardy, pipefitter registered apprentice

As a volunteer, I feel honored to participate in the Ingalls Apprenticeship Graduation. Our apprentices dedicate countless hours and tremendous effort to reach this milestone, and it is truly inspiring to watch them walk across the stage to receive their diplomas. The most rewarding moment is seeing their families cheer them on and witnessing the pride and joy on everyone’s faces.”
