The Crafted to Lead program wrapped up with another strong session, giving shipbuilders leadership skills that keep our teams and our mission moving forward. The course focuses on living our values, earning trust and building the foundation needed before stepping into a supervisory role.
“I've learned a lot about what Ingalls is looking for in leadership,” said Jennifer Cribb, shipfitter. “I'm usually timid and take the passive aggressive approach, but after attending this class, I know to slow down a little bit and assess the situations a little better.”
