Following the YES vote by members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) on the proposed Collective Bargaining Agreement, we are proud and excited to share that all IBEW represented shipbuilders will receive at least an 18% base wage increase, effective immediately.
What this means for you:

An 18% wage increase effective immediately, reflected no later than your 12 March paycheck (with some classifications earning up to an additional 10% increase)
