Welcome back, shipbuilders! As we begin a new year together, I want to take a moment to talk about where we are, where we’re headed and what we’ll stay focused on in 2026. The work you delivered last year proved once again what’s possible when we stay aligned and committed to the mission.
The nation is counting on us to deliver more than ever. With the news that Ingalls has been selected to design and build the Navy’s new Frigate class, we have the work and the responsibility to meet that demand.
That means staying focused on performance, removing obstacles that slow us down, improving quality at every stage, helping each other learn and improve, and continuing to invest in partnerships that help Ingalls do what it does best: build ships for the fleet.
The opportunity in front of us is enormous. The Navy trusts us. Our families and communities depend on us. And in everything we do, we do what is right for the warfighter.
Thank you for what you do. Thank you for who you are. And thank you for choosing to be part of the Ingalls family. Let’s make 2026 our best year yet — together.
