Shipbuilders, here’s your chance to make a meaningful difference for our four-legged neighbors! September 1 through September 12, we’re collecting much-needed supplies for the Jackson County Animal Shelter in Gautier, which cares for hundreds of cats and dogs each year. Remember—donating one can of pet food truly CAN make a difference.

What to Donate:

  • Canned cat food

  • Purina cat & dog chow

  • Cat litter

  • Pet treats

  • Grooming items

Where to Donate:
Collection boxes will be available at:

  • MTA

  • CSA III

  • Admin 2 Lobby

  • LBTF

  • Human Resources Building

  • Gates 1, 2 & 4

Other Ways to Get Involved:

  • Donate Online: Unable to purchase and drop off pet food? Click here to give a donation amount. Every dollar goes toward food and supplies for the shelter.

  • Volunteer & Group Delivery: Help us collect and sort donations, then join the team for the delivery on Wednesday, September 17 at 3 p.m. at the Jackson County Animal Shelter. We’ll unload supplies together and take a group photo to mark the impact shipbuilders are making. (Manager-approved flex time or PTO is required to participate.) Click here to volunteer!
