Volunteering as a mentor is more than just giving back—it’s about building connections, embodying our values, and fostering the next generation of leaders. By dedicating just one hour a week, you can make a world of difference for a young person in need of guidance and support.

Why Mentor?

Mentoring offers a unique opportunity to inspire potential by sharing your skills, interests, and time to positively shape a child’s future. It also helps you grow as a leader through meaningful interactions and creates lifelong connections, fostering cherished memories for both you and your mentee.

What to Expect:

  • Flexible Options: Volunteer at Moss Point schools during the day or at after-school Boys & Girls Clubs programs in Moss Point.

  • Guided Support: Receive help from a dedicated Match Specialist to ensure a successful mentoring experience.

  • Life-Changing Impact: Your involvement directly contributes to a brighter future for local youth.

Mentors commit to at least one school year, with a minimum of one hour per week spent with their mentee. You'll need reliable transportation and will complete enrollment requirements, including a background check and training.
